When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are filled and shipped within 1 or 2 business days after your payment has been confirmed. You will receive a notification by email including the track and trace number.
What carrier do you use for shipping?
Orders are shipped using DHL or PostNL, depending on the shipping country.
When will I receive my order?
It depends on your country, but shipping SARMs to Europe usually takes around 5-7 working days. The maximum amount of time is 30 days. If it hasn’t arrived by then, we will reship your order free of charge.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping inside The Netherlands: €6,50
Shipping to other EU countries: €20
Shipping to non-EU countries: €30
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over €150 to EU countries and orders over €250 to non EU countries.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes, you will receive a track and trace code once your order has been shipped.
My order seems to be stuck at “Arrived in sorting center”?
If you order from Denmark or Sweden, your order will be handed over to PostNord. Please use the provided track and trace code on the website of PostNord to track the current status.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns.
What if my order gets seized by customs?
This will not happen because of our discreet shipping. Since we implemented this method for all orders over a year ago, not a single package has been seized. For more information have a look at the following page: discreet shipment.
