Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after your payment has been confirmed. We will send you a unique tracking number and link so you can monitor the progress of your order. The carrier partners will update your tracking information as soon as the parcel is in transit and moving from depot to depot.
Some of the courier partners include DHL, PostNL and DPD.
After shipment, it usually takes between 4 and 8 business days before your order is delivered, depending on the destination country.
Sometimes orders can get delayed in the international shipping system. Please remember that we have no control over what happens after your package has been shipped.
We provide guaranteed delivery by default. This means that if your order is not delivered within 30 days after it was dispatched, we will reship it free of charge.
If your order is returned to us because of non-delivery due to your error (i.e. incorrect address, non-acceptance of delivery or non-collection from your local delivery office), we will resend your order to you, but any additional shipping costs will be charged to you.
Although SARMs are legal for research purposes in all countries that we ship to, it is known that customs in certain countries may seize packages that contain SARMs. To prevent any issues with customs, all orders are packaged and shipped in a highly discreet manner. Since we implemented this policy in 2021, not a single package has been seized by customs in any country.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if it does not meet your requirements, you may return it to us. Products must be returned in their original untempered packaging and new unused condition, within 14 days of the date you received. We then can offer an exchange for a different product or store credit for future purchases for the same price you paid minus our postage fee.
We recommend that you return the products via an insured and trackable method. as we can not be held liable for any products which get lost or go missing for whichever reason during shipping, and only after emailing us with your order number and reason.
Please note that if you return an exchanged item for a return then we reserve the right to charge the standard shipping fee to cover our extra postage costs.
