When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped on the day we receive the payment.
What carrier do you use for shipping?
We ship orders using PostNL.
Which carrier do you use for orders to Sweden?
If you live in Sweden, you’re package will be delivered by DPD.
When will I receive my order?
Orders inside the Netherlands are usually delivered in 1 or 2 business days. For other European countries delivery takes 3 to 8 business days.
Important: Because of the situation with COVID-19 and because of the high volumes, delivery will take longer than usual. Delays of several days or even weeks are not uncommon at this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for all orders over €150. For smaller orders, the shipping costs are €6.50 inside the Netherlands and €20 for most other European countries.
I didn’t receive my order. What now?
If your order is not delivered within 20 days after shipping, please contact us. In case your package is lost by the carrier we will reship it for free or provide a full refund. In the unlikely event your order is seized by customs, we will reship or refund, depending on the situation.
If there where problems because you did not provide us with the correct delivery address, or you do not pick up or refuse the package we will not reship.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns. The items that we sell could degrade if improperly handled. As a result, we are unable to resell products once they have left our warehouse. There are certain extenuating circumstances where we will accept returns of unopened research chemicals.
My package has a missing, wrong or damaged item.
Please keep in mind that we photograph packages before sending them in order to prevent fraudulent claims. In case any of the following situations arises please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package.
There is a missing item
Please contact us immediatly if there is anything missing from your order. Once verified we will ship the missing item(s).
There is a wrong item
If your package contains a wrong item, please contact us immediatly. Once verified we will resolve the issue.
There is a damaged item
All products are shipped in a secure manner that ensures safe delivery. If any of the items is damaged, please contact us immediatly and provide photographic evidence. Once verified, we will ship a replacement.
Do you ship to the USA?
No, we only ship to countries within Europe.
