Bank transfer
You can pay for your order via bank transfer, using an IBAN/BIC code. You will receive an email with the details of our bank account after you have placed your order. Please include the order number as a reference with your payment so we can match it with your order.
Bank transfers usually take under 24 hours to be processed.
Credit card, debit card, iDEAL, Sofort, Bancontact
You can also pay for your order using a credit card, debit card, iDEAL, Sofort or Bancontact. You will receive an email with a payment link after you have placed your order. Please include the order number in the message field, so we can match the payment with your order.
You can only use personal (so no business) credit or debit cards, and it may be possible this option is not available in your country.
Transfers using the payment link are usually processed within a few hours.
Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash
Besides bank transfers and credit card payments you can also pay for your order at HQSARMS using cryptocurrency. We currently accept crypto payments using Bitcoin (BTC) and Bitcoin Cash (BCH). Simply choose the option “Bitcoin / Bitcoin Cash (10% off)” during checkout.
After you have placed your order, you will receive the exact amount in Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash and the destination address. This address is unique for each order.
Cryptocurrencies have several advantages when compared to traditional payment methods:
- They don’t rely on any bank or payment provider.
- Payments in crypto are very safe.
- It takes less than 30 minutes for a payment to be processed.
