What are your SARMs suspended in?
PEG-400 and glycerin are used for all SARM solutions.
Why is there powder or crystals at the bottom of the bottle?
It is not uncommon that some of the active material falls out of suspension. This can be caused by a number of reasons, for instance exposure to large temperature fluctuations. This does not influence the potency and is easily fixed by shaking the bottle for a few seconds.
What is the shelf life of SARMs?
When stored properly the powder has a shelf life of at least 2 years. The liquid SARMs have a shelf life of 1 year when the bottle has not been opened. After opening there is a chance that it loses potency after 90 days.
Is there any difference in quality between the liquid solutions and the raw powders?
No, the liquid SARMs as well as the raw powders have the same high quality.
Are SARMs steroids?
No, SARMs are not steroids. With the exception of YK-11, they are all non-steroidal selective androgen receptor modulators..
Are SARMs safe to use?
All of our products are intended for research purposes only. They are NOT intended for human consumption.
Are SARMs legal in Europe?

What is the best way to measure liquid SARMs?
We will ship a free measuring pipette with any orders that include liquid SARMs. This way, you can easily measure the amount of liquid.

What are the shipping costs?
We provide free shipping for all orders over €150.
For smaller orders shipping costs are €6.50 (Netherlands) and €20 (Europe)
Do you provide shipment and tracking information?
After your order is completed we will provide you with the the relevant information. The url that is included in the email can be used to follow the progress of your shipment.
How do you ship the products?
Every order is shipped as a discrete package. There is no mention of our website or the contents of the package on the box.
We rely on DHL to make sure your package is delivered as fast as possible.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do. Shipping is free for all orders over €150
Do you guarantee delivery?
We offer guaranteed delivery in case your order goes missing by the carrier. All orders are insured so if the carrier screws up delivery, we are covered. This means we will provide a full refund or a free reshipment in case your order goes missing.
Why is my order delayed?
Because of the current global situation with covid-19, some orders experience serious delay. There is nothing that we can do to speed up delivery after your order has been sent. We ask you to remain patient in case of a delay.
What is your return policy?
We will accept returns if it is due to damage that is our fault or manufacturers defects. The items that we sell could degrade if improperly handled. As a result we are unable to resell products once they have left our warehouse.There are certain extenuating circumstances where we will accept returns of unopened research chemicals.
The return must be within 5 days after your package has arrived. Due to their fragile nature and we are being unable to monitor how they were handled when they were out of our care, could possibly degrade. We prefer not to accept returns of SARMs due to this fact. Although we will listen to all cases should the need arise. Please contact us to discuss this.
If you are missing an item or the item you receive is damaged then please contact us and we will send out a replacement free of any shipping costs to you.
My order is seized by customs. Now what?
We take every precaution to prevent seizure of your order by customs. In the unlikely event that your order is seized, we will reship for free or give you a full refund.
HELP! MY ORDER IS NOT DELIVERED YET. WHAT CAN I DO?
Not panicking is an excellent way to start. We guarantee delivery of each and every order if you have provided us with the correct shipping information. Please try to be patient and if you experience any problems, please let us know so we can find a proper solution. There is no reason to start a claim with PayPal. You will receive a refund in case you do, but will automatically be placed on our blacklist and will not be allowed to place any new orders.
Are there any problems with delivery because of COVID-19?
Due to the current situation with COVID-19 there may be some delay. We are currently unable to ship to Spain.

How do you ensure the quality?
This is an excellent question and we are more then happy to give you an insight into the procedures we take in order to make sure you receive only the best possible quality when ordering at HQSARMS.com.
- We have over 14 years of experience doing business with Chinese companies. During this time, we managed to build trustworthy relationships with reliable manufacturers. There are a few suppliers that can claim the same.
- Trust is good, control is better. While we do trust the manufacturers we work with, we are very aware of our responsibility towards our customers. What good are research compounds such as SARMs when they do not live up to quality standards? Exactly, worthless. We, therefore, have extensive procedures put into place for testing, both in-house as well as by independent third-party labs.
DO YOU PROVIDE THIRD PARTY TEST RESULTS?
We do perform third-party testing on a regular basis, but we don’t have Third-party test results for every batch.
A lot of suppliers will provide you with a fake COA (Certificate Of Quality) and third-party test results that are fake. A lot of times the documents are either forged or simply copied from another site. We consider this unethical behavior and we will never engage in these kinds of practices.
It is our goal to build long-lasting relationships with our customers and we firmly believe that open and honest communication and transparency are the only way to achieve this.
We could make a lot more money by just doing what every shady SARMs supplier out there does but we choose not to.

The HQSARMS Affiliate program is a marketing program wherein we pay a certain fixed commission to people who drive new customers’ sales to HQSARMS.
How much can I earn?
The rate of our affiliate commission is set to 12%.
What is the minimum amount required for a payout?
As an affiliate, you can request a payout of your commissions when they exceed the minimum amount of €30.
At the end of each month we will pay your commissions automatically if they are at least €30.
What if my referral doesn't show up in reporting?
We will work with you to resolve this as quickly as possible.
